Content Guidelines

These Content Guidelines explain what the current PenduTV catalog is—and is not. They set expectations for use of catalog information and should not be read as an availability statement, a content license, or a promise of future programming.

Catalog-only experience

PenduTV currently presents an English-language U.S. OTT-style catalog interface. Title information may be derived from TMDB metadata processed server-side. The catalog is for finding and considering title information, not for establishing that a work can be watched, purchased, downloaded, or accessed through PenduTV.

No user uploads or submissions

PenduTV does not currently permit users to upload videos, images, comments, reviews, profiles, or other content. It does not provide a user-submission workflow for programming. Users must not attempt to introduce material, code, automated requests, or links into the service in a manner that disrupts the site or infringes another person's rights.

External productions and attribution

Titles, people, artwork, and other materials referenced in the catalog may relate to external productions. They are not represented as PenduTV originals. Credit, descriptive metadata, and inclusion in a catalog do not transfer ownership or imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, authorization, or a license between PenduTV and any rightsholder, creator, distributor, or metadata provider.

Availability and territorial messaging

PenduTV does not currently stream complete media files. Activating the player button displays a simulated message that content is unavailable in the territory; it does not inspect or infer a visitor's actual location. No catalog listing, interface state, or territorial message is a guarantee of title availability in any location, at any time, or through any future service.

Respect for rights and catalog integrity

Use the catalog without copying or republishing materials beyond what applicable law permits, removing attribution or notices, scraping the service in a disruptive manner, or suggesting that PenduTV grants rights it does not grant. Favorites are stored locally in the visitor's browser and remain personal interface preferences; they do not create viewing rights, licenses, or entitlements.

Questions and future changes

Catalog criteria, metadata presentation, and product features may evolve. Future functionality does not itself confer rights to content, access, or participation. No registered agent or public support email is configured yet. For current contact instructions, review the Contact page; it is not a form for content uploads, rights-holder notices, or formal submissions.
