Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of the current PenduTV catalog interface. This is an operational draft for owner review before commercial launch, and it describes the service as it exists today rather than a promise of future features.
Acceptance and permitted use
By accessing or using PenduTV, you agree to use the site lawfully and consistently with these Terms. You may browse the catalog and use available interface features for personal, non-commercial evaluation of the service. You must not interfere with the site, attempt to circumvent access controls, misrepresent an affiliation with PenduTV, or use the site in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Current service limitations
PenduTV currently has no login, account, checkout, payment, subscription, or purchase capability. It also does not currently provide streaming of complete media files. The player button presents a simulated territorial-unavailability message and does not check your real location. Features, titles, and interface behavior may be changed, paused, or removed without becoming an obligation to provide a particular service.
No grant of content rights
Catalog pages, metadata, artwork, names, and references are informational interface elements. Their display does not grant a license, ownership interest, download right, public-performance right, distribution right, or permission to copy, retransmit, record, or otherwise use any underlying content. The possible future addition of functionality does not itself confer any such rights.
Favorites and local choices
Where offered, favorites and consent choices are stored in your browser's localStorage. You are responsible for how you use a shared device and for managing browser storage if you do not want those choices retained locally. PenduTV does not promise that local choices will persist, synchronize, or be recoverable after browser data is cleared.
Third-party metadata and availability
The catalog uses TMDB metadata processed server-side. PenduTV does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currentness, classification, or availability of any metadata or title reference. A title's appearance in the catalog is not a representation that it is available to watch, licensed to PenduTV, appropriate for every audience, or offered in any territory.
Disclaimer, updates, and contact
The service is provided as currently available, without a commitment that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent a provision is not enforceable where you live, it will be interpreted only to the extent permitted by applicable law. PenduTV may update these Terms as its operations develop.
