DMCA Copyright Notice
PenduTV respects copyright concerns and provides this informational notice for rights holders and users. The current website is a catalog interface; it does not currently host uploads from users or stream complete media files.
Purpose and current status
This page explains common information associated with U.S. copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). It is not a statement that PenduTV has a registered DMCA agent, a designated notice-processing program, or a specific legal protection. No registered agent or public support email is configured yet.
Catalog references are not a license
PenduTV may display server-side TMDB metadata, including title names, descriptions, credits, and artwork, for catalog context. The appearance of a title or related material does not mean PenduTV owns it, produced it, licenses it, distributes it, or grants any right to use the underlying work. External productions shown in the catalog are not represented as PenduTV originals.
Information commonly included in a notice
A copyright notice commonly identifies the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identifies the material claimed to be infringing and its location with enough detail to find it; provides the complainant's contact information; includes a good-faith statement; includes a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act; and includes a physical or electronic signature. Rights holders should obtain advice appropriate to their circumstances before sending a legal notice.
How to seek current contact instructions
Rights holders seeking to raise a concern should consult the Contact page for current instructions. The Contact page is not a legal-notice submission form, and this page does not promise receipt, review, action, timing, removal, forwarding, or resolution of any communication. Do not assume a notice has been submitted or accepted merely because you have viewed this page.
Counter-notice information
Where a counter-notice process is applicable, a counter-notice commonly identifies removed or disabled material and its prior location, states under penalty of perjury that the removal or disabling resulted from mistake or misidentification, provides the sender's name, address, and telephone number, consents to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court, and accepts service of process from the original complainant or agent. This summary is informational and does not establish a counter-notice channel or procedure at PenduTV.
No streaming or upload service today
The present PenduTV experience does not provide user uploads, account features, checkout, or complete-file streaming. The player control only displays a simulated territorial-unavailability message and does not check a visitor's real location. If the product changes in the future, that change does not by itself grant rights to content or create a promise that any copyright process or feature will be available.
