Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains the limited information handling associated with the current PenduTV website experience. PenduTV is an early-stage English-language U.S. OTT catalog interface; it does not currently offer accounts, checkout, or full-file streaming.
Scope and current service
This policy applies to the PenduTV website as it is currently made available. The current experience is a catalog interface with title information supplied through server-side TMDB metadata. Selecting the player control displays a simulated territorial-unavailability message only; it does not determine a visitor's actual country and does not start playback of a complete audiovisual file.
Information stored on your device
PenduTV currently stores visitor favorites and consent choices in the localStorage area of the visitor's browser. Those values are intended to remember choices on that browser and device. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing, changing browsers, or changing devices may remove or separate those choices.
Development Preview diagnostics
The development Preview includes platform-provided diagnostic instrumentation. It may record browser interactions, non-sensitive input values such as search terms, URLs, console messages, and network request or response details for troubleshooting in the development workspace. These records are separate from locally saved favorites and preferences. The collector is not injected into the production build and is not an advertising tool. Do not enter private information in development Preview fields.
Accounts, transactions, and viewing
There is currently no account registration, sign-in, subscription checkout, payment collection, or purchase flow. PenduTV does not currently stream complete media files through this website. Accordingly, a catalog listing, a favorite, a consent choice, or a simulated player message should not be understood as a viewing record, a purchase, or a grant of access rights.
Catalog metadata and third-party materials
Title descriptions, artwork, credits, and other catalog data may be based on TMDB metadata processed server-side. Such information is presented for catalog context and may change, be incomplete, or contain errors. This policy does not make PenduTV the source, owner, producer, or distributor of any title or third-party material identified in the catalog.
Consent choices and browser controls
A visitor may manage locally stored choices through the controls made available on the site, where available, or by using browser settings to clear site storage. LocalStorage is controlled by the visitor's browser. PenduTV does not represent that a deleted setting can be recovered or that a choice will follow a visitor across browsers or devices.
Changes and contact
PenduTV may revise this policy as the service changes, including if features are added in the future. Future functionality does not by itself confer any rights to content, service access, or a transaction. No registered agent or public support email is configured yet.
