Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy describes the current, limited use of browser storage in the PenduTV website. It should be read with the Privacy Policy and reflects the product's present state rather than an assurance about later releases.
Current storage approach
PenduTV currently uses browser localStorage to retain favorites and consent choices on the visitor's device. LocalStorage is browser-managed site storage. This policy does not state that PenduTV currently deploys a particular cookie, analytics tool, advertising technology, or tracking service where none has been configured or identified here.
Favorites
If you save a catalog item as a favorite, that preference may be retained in localStorage so the interface can show it again in the same browser. A favorite is a local interface preference only. It is not an account record, transaction, viewing history, or entitlement to watch or obtain the associated title.
Consent choices
Consent selections may also be retained in localStorage to remember your browser-level choice. The site does not promise that a stored choice is portable across browsers, profiles, devices, or private-browsing sessions. Browser updates, privacy tools, and data-clearing actions can affect whether storage remains available.
Development Preview diagnostics
The development Preview includes platform-provided diagnostic instrumentation. It may record browser interactions, non-sensitive input values such as search terms, URLs, console messages, and network request or response details for troubleshooting in the development workspace. This instrumentation is separate from advertising and is not governed by the local preference toggle. It is not injected into the production build. Avoid entering private information in development Preview fields.
How to manage local storage
You can generally review or delete localStorage through your browser's site-data or privacy settings. Deleting site storage may remove favorites and consent choices, and the site may ask you to make a choice again. Instructions vary by browser and are provided by the browser provider, not by PenduTV.
No account or transaction cookies
PenduTV currently has no sign-in, checkout, subscription, payment, or purchase experience. It does not currently stream complete media files. The simulated territorial-unavailability player message does not determine your actual country. These current limitations are not a promise that later product features will exist, and any future feature does not itself give a visitor rights to content or service access.
Updates and questions
If PenduTV changes its storage practices, this policy may be revised to describe the changed practice. Visitors should review the then-current policy before relying on it. No registered agent or public support email is configured yet. The Contact page may provide current contact instructions, but it is not a form for submitting notices or requests.
